Pitches available for lease


Our campsite is open for 7months from April until end of October.


The static caravan pitches have full mains services, water drainage and electricity (16amp) suitable for fridge, television and lights, parking adjacent to the pitch for one/two cars.

Restricted use by anyone other than owner/family, no holiday letting allowed or shared ownership.


Although it is a small sought after site in an ideal location in beautiful Moray, we do occasionally have vacant pitches for seasonal pitches and static pitches ready for new static caravans and pre-owned holiday homes.

******************SEASONAL TOURING PITCH*****************

Due to a change in one of our current customers circumstances, we now have a vacant seasonal pitch for lease from us, beginning next year at the start of our 2018 season onwards.  This pitch is based in our Morayfield field (bottom field). 




Due to one of our current customers deciding to give up caravanning he has decided to give up his serviced static pitch here at North Alves Holiday Park as of the end of this years season. We will therefore have a fully serviced static caravan pitch available for lease from us ready for the 2018 season. This pitch is be based in our Morayfield field (bottom field).


PLEASE NOTE: There will be no static caravan on the pitch and any static caravan being put on site would have to be purchased through ourselves here at North Alves. For any further details/info please pop us a PM to discuss further.
