North Alves Petting Farm

Why not book in during your stay to come along and meet some of the most important members of the North Alves family.

Onsite we have a small petting farm with a variety of animals who are all eagerly waiting for you to come and say hi!

New for 2024, we have also added an additional small childrens indoor soft play area/new outdoor playground/picnic area.  Also new for 2024, we have our indoor animal area where you can get up a bit closer to some of our animals and also have the opportunity to pet/hold our small furries. (These sessions will be held at set times/days and times and can be booked at time of booking your stay, availabilty dependant).

We have our friendly donkeys, llamas, Kune Kune pigs, Boer Goats/Pygmy Goats, Emus, Sheep and not forgetting our Highland Cows in their paddocks/outdoor areas for you to pop over and say hello.  

Entry to the outdoor animal paddock area/play areas are included in your nightly fee and bags of animal feed can be bought from our reception.

(Our outdoor animal paddock area is open from 9am until 6.30pm each day)

Our up close/meet and feed experience is by prior booking only (Please note this is at an extra charge and must be booked at time of booking) and this session includes 1 free bag of feed per child.
